Futility The Wreck of Titan
In 1889, Morgan Robertson released a novel title Futility. 14 years later Titanic accident happens. Interestingly, the novel story and the titanic accident is somewhat related. Futility tells the story of a large ship called Titan, at the end of story the Titan hit and iceberg, and inside the novel, Titan is cited “unsinkable”
Fact 2:
There is no cat found on the Titanic manifest. Rescue team only fetched 2 pity dogs on the crash site. Most of sailors that time believe, bringing a cat on board brought good luck. Well at least, they can save sailor food supplies from rat and mice

Titanic
If we stand titanic vertically, the size would be as tall as Empire state building. If we can take it to a dry land, the mass will be as same as tower bridge London. Before titanic was launched to the sea, no one shoot a wine bottle on it as celebration.

On board titanic, according to the manifest, there was 2201 people, 13 honeymoon couple, and 20 lifeboats. Normally, Titanic can carry 48 lifeboats and save more people. White Star Line make a mistake here, they did not carry max capacity of lifeboat so they could have more space to indulge their premium passengers.

Titanic offers 3 different tickets that time. Premium class or first class had a price tag $4,350, the second class was priced $1,750 and 3rd class or economy class was priced $30.
Fact 6:
Titanic has the biggest whistle that time. It was strong enough to alert people 11 miles away. During the voyage, Titanic consumed 825 tons of coal daily and they delivered 14,000 gallons of fresh water for all their passengers every day before most of them died.
Fact 7:
Other flaw that Titanic carried was the builder did not install any Binocular on their Crow nest. With the binocular, the tragedy would probably never written in History.
Fact 8:
Fist crew who saw the iceberg ahead before the ship hit it only had 30 second to warn the captain. It was too short. After ice berg wounded Titanic, the vessel required 160 minutes to completely vanished from the ocean and the vessel wrecked needed another 15 minutes to hit the bed of cold Atlantic. In the water, the falling speed of Giant titanic wrecked was about 10 miles/second.
Fact 9:
Titanic was the last mission of Captain Smith before he retired. He never had or seen any accident during his long career before.
